Description

As the Accountant, you will:

- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Complete bank reconciliations
- Tax returns and Notice to Reader preparation.
- Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to the management team.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning.



As the Accountant, you will bring:

- A minimum of 4 years of full cycle accounting experience.
- Leadership experience is ideal.
- A keen enthusiasm for expanding and building on your knowledge of personal and corporate tax.
- Knowledge of Canadian tax and financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office suite.


Role Criteria:
- Full time, Monday to Friday 8.00 am  4.30 pm.
- Some work outside standard hours may be required.
- Flexibility for a hybrid work environment
- Client front facing role.
- Sitting at a desk for prolonged periods
- Extended screen time
