Description

The Swift Current Mall is currently hiring a commercial building Maintenance coordinator/caretaker for our commercial properties in Swift Current.

As a member of the property management team, the Maintenance Coordinator schedules all maintenance responses to urgent maintenance calls.

The Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for performing general building and property maintenance. Paiting, Drywall, instal carpet, etc.
Maintain HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems and equipment. Coordinate the day-to-day operation of the maintenance department. Responsible for the upkeep and preservation of mall grounds, including landscaping and snow removal.

Accountable for performing various duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment.

Must be technology/computer proficient and adaptable to change
Must be personable and reliable
Excellent English communication, both written and orally
Have a good understanding of building/site processes. An understanding of the construction process and practices is an asset.
Proven capabilities in multi-tasking, problem-solving and prioritizing workloads
Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
