The Center of Biomedical Science Events (CMSCE), a branch of Cellmolecules Scientific, a digital Health Company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Event Management Lead to join our team. This pivotal role will focus on the planning, execution, and management of national and international events within the biomedical science sector. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the future of bioevent management, leveraging their expertise to create impactful, engaging, and seamlessly organized events that promote our mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, development, and execution of national and international biomedical events.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure event success.
Manage event schedules, logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships.
Implement innovative event strategies to enhance attendee experience and engagement.
Evaluate event outcomes against objectives to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
0-5 years of proven experience in Bioevent management at international levels or equivalent experience in planning, scheduling, and partnering in the management of national and international Medical Events or Bio-Executive Events.
Bachelors degree in Arts, Computer Sciences, life sciences, Event Management, MBA is preferred, or Graduate degree, Hospitality Management experiences, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), or a relevant field. A combination of experience and training will also be considered.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under pressure.
Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in Bioevent management.
