Description

Pioneer Thinking Group is currently hiring a Property Administrator in Swift Current.

Day-to-day responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

Responding professionally and promptly to resolve tenants/shoppers inquires and requests;
Establishing strong working relationships with tenants, shoppers and vendors/trades;
Monitor check in and check out for trades;
Scheduling and conducting inspections;
Helping coordinate vendors/trades for deficiencies and repairs;
Conducting regular building inspections and documenting any deficiencies;
Working collaboratively with the Leasing team to support leasing activities;
Identifying opportunities to foster engagement within the building and with tenants.
