Description

The goal of Tourism Melville is to interact with visitors and create a memorable experience of
their visit to our community! We are looking for an energetic and friendly individual to promote
Melville!
Description: Responsible for customer services duties, answering telephones, filing, and other
duties as assigned. Monitor social media outlets, while creating engaging content and perform
continuous modifications to our website. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and
holidays (Canada Day), provide tours of the Railway Museum and Melville, supplying
tourists/public with information and assistance, brainstorm new ideas for possible events,
promotions, tours and activities, maintain grounds to create an inviting environment (flowers
and shrubs).
Qualifications:
Applicant must be attending school in the fall of 2024.
Must hold a valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Drivers License
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic, creative, and fast-paced environment
Excellent computer skills and proficient with Microsoft Office
Advanced knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok)
Ability to work well with others and independently as needed
Excellent communication, organizational and writing skills
