Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Assist customers in selecting the ideal mattress based on their preferences and needs.
- Provide expert product knowledge and advice to help customers make informed decisions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the store's success.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to create a comfortable shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional customer service and a cohesive work atmosphere.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for building relationships with customers and creating a positive shopping experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours at all three locations in the city, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong work ethic and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge or willingness to learn about mattress types, materials, and sleep technology.
- Valid driver's license and own trransportation
