We require a Sales Coordinator in our Yorkton Sask. office to support Sales & Marketing Department activities.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the primary role of this new position is to ensure current sales relationships are maintained while continually developing new business. This individual will work directly with customers, potential clients, department members, and other head office personnel.
A successful background in a sales/selling role is mandatory. Applicants require above-average written and verbal communication skills to work professionally with individuals inside and outside the Company. The ability to listen and learn is crucial. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are necessary. You must be self-motivated to work independently while recognizing your role within a team.
Product training is provided, but past exposure to machinery, technical products, cylinders, or mechanical systems is helpful. You must learn to speak credibly and comfortably to buyers about what we do and sell. We will provide mentorship to the successful candidate who brings a positive attitude with the energy and work ethic to achieve results.
Periodic travel in Canada and US will be required to attend industry events, meet and learn from manufacturers, and share information about RAM. Average computer skills in Word, Outlook, and Excel are required.
