HR Specialist, Talent Acquisition:
In addition to supporting a growing organization, our emerging and talented HR team is also in build mode meaning that the successful candidate will have the unique and exciting opportunity to partner, collaborate and shape the future state of HR within the organization. Reporting to the Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist, this role will work closely with HR Business Partners and leaders in the organization, providing strategic and innovative solutions in Talent Acquisition.  

The successful candidate will be results driven with a customer service mindset. Innovation and creativity will be essential for developing, implementing, and sourcing large scale strategic recruitment efforts.  As an active team player, you will build relationships with key stake holders and deepen your business acumen.  To thrive, you must possess excellent interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills, which includes the ability to effectively question, probe, listen and lead discussions to seek additional insights that aide in making effective decisions.  Required skills include, flexibility, accountability and the drive to thrive in a complex environment.  

You will be great at:
* Providing insight into business and HR strategy; and are able to frame issues and bring the right insights and recommendations to discussions and problem solve in order to create effective recruitment solutions;
* Coaching, and consulting with business leaders and their teams while partnering with your colleagues within the Centers of Excellence across the Division as an extension of the service offering;
* Instilling a strong HR operational mindset and business partnership into projects and solutions, to offer exceptional HR operations service and delivery.
* Researching, developing, partnering and building best practice tools, initiatives and programming for Talent Acquisition
