Meadow Lake and Area Early Childhood Services if looking for a dynamic individual to work in our Ile a la Crosse office. As a Specialized Support Facilitator in the Jordans Principle program, you would provide information, advocacy and support to families of children aged 6-17 years. It is specifically for First Nation communities in the Ile a la Crosse and Meadow Lake ECIP service area.
Qualifications:
Post-secondary degree in Social Work, Education, Health or related fields. Will consider those with less education who have relevant work experience.
Experience working with special needs children/youth and their families at home or in school.
Ability to work cooperatively with other agencies and professionals.
Experience in case management, documentation, stats collection.
Must possess cross-cultural knowledge and sensitivity.
Valid driver's license (travel required). Criminal Records check will be required.
