To fulfill Pattison Agricultures vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our fast-paced, energetic organization. This full-time role is based out of our Pattison Ag Emerald Park Corporate office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing admin and logistical support to the President and Emerald Park Corp office.

Responsibilities include:
- Managing the daily admin aspects of the Presidents office
- Providing support to other senior management
- Coordinating & prioritizing communications
- Preparing and editing correspondence, documents & materials
- Arranging of meetings, events, and travel itineraries
- Maintaining paper & electronic document filing systems
- Liaising with all levels of management and staff
- Perform related work as required

We are looking for a dynamic administrative professional with the following characteristics:
- Confident & knowledgeable in Microsoft 365 and other technology
- High propensity for details
- Excellent communication, decision making, and interpersonal skills
- Extreme level of confidentiality, and high degree of discretion
- Ability to work flexible hours

Post secondary education in Administration/related field is an asset; an equivalent combination of education & experience may be considered. 5+ years of related experience is preferred. Some travel may be required, a valid Class 5 drivers license is mandatory.
