Yorkton Toyota, a member of the Key Auto Group, is currently accepting resumes for the position of Automotive Product Specialist. We are seeking a self-motivated, energetic and positive individual who displays a professional attitude and is looking for a challenging career.  

The Automotive Product Specialist is responsible for knowing our products and providing exceptional customer service. The successful applicant will be responsible for communicating clearly with clients and colleagues, answering inquiries, following up with customers and maintaining a Customer Retention Management system.

Some Responsibilities Include:

- A thorough understanding of prices, models, series, options, and other variations of OEM products.
- Developing a strong rapport with customers by listening to and understanding their needs.
- Communicating and presenting dealership products and features in a professional and positive manner.
- Setting and attaining goals as guided by the Sales Manager.
- Maintaining a professional appearance and friendly disposition.
- Complete training outlined by the OEM and dealership.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service by developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong computer skills required.
- Criminal record check and a valid Class 5 Driver License are required.
