Reporting to the Manager or Supervisor, an employee in this job will undertake duties to ensure; operational readiness and complete operations of WSA Infrastructure, internal and public safety, and contribute to the improvement of water management and economic growth of Saskatchewan.
Duties and responsibilities will primarily be:
    Conduct and document, inspections, testing and data collection, as well as contribute to Dam Safety Reviews, evaluate current conditions of the infrastructure and surrounding areas, coordinate, execute operations and act as site lead when requested.
    Conduct and contribute to maintenance and rehabilitation of structures and equipment related to WSA Infrastructure.
    Conduct, test, train contribute and develop Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S), Operations and Maintenance, and Inspection programs, manuals and procedures related to WSA infrastructure, acting as site lead when requested.
    Contribute to contract administration, and reporting. Senior Technologist  Administer contracts.
The successful candidate will have a Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or a similar discipline and is eligible for certification with Technology Professionals Saskatchewan as an Associate member.
