About the Role:
The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the virtual care program, which will deploy and manage virtual care services and solutions. As part of the virtual care team, you will develop and monitor data quality metrics, develop standard work and engage with stakeholders both internally and externally. You will be expected to lead initiatives, which includes gathering, validating and managing business requirements, clear and concise documentation, implementation planning, training, development, execution and incident management and support.

The ideal candidate will be technically sound, with a broad base of knowledge, experience and the ability to relate the technical issues to the underlying needs of the business.
