Description

Overview:
The Student Legal Advocacy Centre is searching for a dynamic Promotions Manager to drive awareness of its mission within the student community. This role involves leading a team of Officers to execute promotional activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee Promotions Officers, providing guidance and support for successful execution of activities.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance SLAC's visibility among students.
Collaborate with COO and Social Media team to align promotional efforts with organizational goals.
Lead brainstorming sessions for innovative promotional events and campaigns.
Coordinate with external partners to maximize the impact of promotional activities.
Manage budgets efficiently and assist in organizing internal events.
Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of promotions, incorporating feedback for future strategies.
Stay updated on emerging trends in promotions and marketing to enhance SLAC's efforts.

Qualifications:

Degree or working towards one in marketing, communications, or related field.
Proven experience in promotions or marketing with successful campaign execution.
Strong management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools/platforms.
Knowledge of legal advocacy or related fields is advantageous.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and commitment to task completion.
