Description

Reporting to the General Manager, the Food Division Manager is a key member of the senior leadership team. The position oversees all food division operations for the Co-operative including leading the managers in three (3) locations, working in partnership with other divisions, supporting initiatives and contributing to the execution of the strategic plan for the Co-ops development and sustainment.

WHO YOU ARE:
    Strong working knowledge of food retail and must be tech-savvy.
    Post-secondary education in business or related field and familiarity with the retail industry would be an asset.
    Displays strong leadership abilities, have a positive and ambitious attitude, as well as demonstrate interpersonal, communication, and marketing skills.
    Honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
    Believes in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
