Description

Responsibilities:
Evaluate project requirements and provide accurate cost estimates.
Procure necessary materials and equipment for each project.
Coordinate and supervise a team of fencing installers.
Install various types of fencing including wood, vinyl, chain-link, and ornamental.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or modifications to the project.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Provide training and guidance to junior team members as needed.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Fencing Supervisor or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of different fencing materials and installation techniques.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
