Reporting to the Grocery Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach
Engage and interact with guests to create a positive shopping experience- in person, on the telephone and at the point of sale
Lead a culture of safety and maximizing operational efficiency
daily reports, cash ups and other administrative tasks
Being present on floor to assist with customer questions, complaints, and comments
Liaising with management to ensure operations run smoothly
Procurement, receiving and merchandising of product with focus on customer- friendly presentation
Other Duties as assigned
Who you are:

You have a grade 12; experience within the CRS would be considered an asset
You are honest and trustworthy, are results orientated, and strive to be the best in the work that you do
You are well organized, capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision
You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
You have excellent numeracy skills, including adding and subtracting large numbers and can operate electronic Point of Sale
Ability to manage others and successfully lead a team
You have the ability to work in a fast paced, guest facing environment
You have a flexible work schedule including weekends
