We are hiring a cleaner to work 30-40 hours per week!
Key Responsibilities:
* Adhere to cleaning budgets and ensure all activities are within the set limits.
* Landscaping Duties from time to time including sight clean, snow removal and grass cutting.
* Use in-house cleaning solutions and minimize the need for external services.
* Enhance tenant experience aiming for a stellar average review score of 4.5 out of 5 stars.
* Always prioritize hygiene and safety, meeting the highest cleanliness standards.
* Address urgent cleaning needs promptly to maintain tenant satisfaction.

* Regularly inspect properties to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
* Address and rectify any cleaning complaints from tenants.
* Build positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and tenants.
* Handle tasks like carpet cleaning, window washing, and deep cleaning of common areas.
* Ensure cleaning areas remain organized and restock cleaning supplies as needed.
* Use an organized scheduling system for timely completion of cleaning tasks.
* Accurately track work hours and maintain detailed cleaning records.
* Collaborate with team members to determine cleaning needs.
* Efficiently manage and upload invoices related to cleaning supplies and services.
* Travel across various city locations as required.
Need-to-Haves:
* Proven experience in professional cleaning services.
* A high school diploma or its equivalent.
* Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
* A Smart Phone for communication and scheduling.
