About Us:
We're a dynamic organization dedicated to providing support to adults with intellectual disabilities. As a Supervisor, you'll create a positive environment for clients and staff.

Your Role:
Reporting to Program Managers/Executive Director, ensure excellent service delivery with responsibilities like:

Client Engagement:
Implementing programs for developmental, behavioral, and social needs.
Welcoming and orienting clients.
Acting as a resource for frontline staff.

Administration:
Maintaining program records.
Upholding agency policies.
Participating in staff meetings.

Human Resources:
Supervising, supporting, and providing feedback to frontline staff.
Conducting staff training and orientation.
Participating in the hiring process.

Maintenance/Housekeeping:
Ensuring cleanliness and sanitization.
Overseeing minor repairs and safety inspections.
Meeting Public Health and Fire Inspector standards.

Other Exciting Duties:
Collaborating on client home and programming needs.
Contributing to Occupational Health and Safety.
Adapting to dynamic responsibilities based on client needs.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting people with disabilities.
Some supervisory experience.
Education related to working with individuals with disabilities.
Teamwork, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Cleared Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check.
Valid Class 5 Drivers License.

Assistance for incontinent clients.
Lifting and carrying.

Reviewing daily routines, policies, and procedures.
Organizing client information.
Planning creative activities.
Monitoring supplies.
