Description

The Beaver River Regional Housing Authority (BRRHA) is currently recruiting for a full-time Tenant Relations Officer, located in Pinehouse or Beauval. If people are your passion and you have proven problem solving, excellent organization skills, can multitask, thrive in a team environment, and are looking for work-life balance, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Tenant Relations Officer, you're at the heart of the team's business operations and activities. Processing housing applications, collecting rent, explaining leasing agreements, conducting home visits, and move-out inspections are part of your role.

You will assist the Manager with all aspects of tenant relations and liaise with human service agencies and stakeholders to help make everyday life and the social housing experience safer, healthier, and enjoyable for the most vulnerable.

You will be able to solve issues as they arise, manage conflict and stressful situations, and be reliable, accountable, trustworthy, and respectful of people's diversity and individual differences.

A Grade 12 education, knowledge of MS Office products, accounting skills, and the ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers and co-workers are required.  Experience with financial and records management, property management OR an equivalent combination of education and experience is an asset.

A valid SK driver's license, reliable roadworthy vehicle, and an approved Enhanced Police Information Check (E-PIC) are conditions of employment.

Beaver River Regional Housing Authority offers an excellent benefits package including pension and a Northern Living Allowance.
