This position supports the Directors and Board of Directors in managing the office administration at two child care centres.
Duties include (not limited to):
Monitor budget
Manage accounts payable/recievable
Review timecards and approve payroll
Support recruitment and all steps in the HR cycle
Manage pension and benefit program
Oversee OHC committee
Support admin of HR programs
Coordinate teen parent program
Assist with waitlist and enrollment
Assist with license renewals
Maintain handbooks and enforce policies
Checking and sorting mail
Administer MS office accounts
Maintain accurate record keeping
