Responsibilities:
Lead & be involved in all aspects of construction estimates & proposals.
This may include safety, quality, & project-specific proposals (among others).
Build relationships with all stakeholders in the pre-construction process.
Dealing with all RFIs and quantity takeoffs.
Working with hard deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to work on multiple different projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with cost engineering and design.

Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of estimating experience relating to commercial, institutional, or industrial construction
Construction Estimator Certified designation would be an asset
Priority will be given to candidates with building envelope experience.
Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings, contracts, and specifications.
Knowledge of project planning and scheduling methods.
Proficient in the use of Bluebeam (or similar), Excel, Microsoft Office/Project, etc.
The willingness to learn new technical aspects of new trade scopes.
A desire for continuous process improvement.
