This opportunity is open to candidates throughout Canada, and the employer will cover reasonable costs associated with relocation for the successful candidate.

Responsibilities:
Estimation and coordination of industrial construction projects from start to finish.
Ability to develop high-level schedules & workflows.
Overseeing all aspects of construction projects.
Putting together estimates & proposals.
Work to build relationships with construction partners.
Deal with RFIs, shop drawings, and details that pertain to design.
Performing quantity takeoffs and ordering of materials and consumable items.
Attend site walkthroughs and inspections as required.
  
Qualifications:
On-site construction experience & a business or engineering background.
5+ years of estimation and project coordination experience relating to industrial construction.
Problem solving & critical thinking in a fast-paced & deadline driven environment.
Broad skillset relating to industrial construction and capable of completing a large variety of tasks.
Understanding of finances and budgets.
Ability to build relationships & work as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while remaining organized.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and other frequent software.
