KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Director of Retail, you will:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive retail growth across various enterprises.

- Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with key vendors, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasting revenue and expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
- Build and lead a high-performing retail team.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

QUALIFICATIONS
As the Director of Retail, you will bring:

Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (10+ years) in retail management and business development, with a focus on driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of retail operations, financial management, and market dynamics.
