The purpose of a Meridian Project Manager is to sweat the details while fostering creativity and innovation in the planning and execution of unique construction projects. As a project manager, you will play an essential role in continuing to challenge conventional ways to build in order to further differentiate Meridian from the competition.
You will have an integral role in the careful planning and flawless execution of projects, while continually supporting ongoing initiatives for innovation and improvement. You will create and manage project schedules and budgets. Youll bring your creative ideas and strong technical skills to the design process. You will leverage your experience to solve problems and ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality. Youll lead the bidding process and utilize your negotiating skills to create a positive financial impact on projects. You will foster a culture of safety and ensure it is instilled into all involved in Meridian projects.

What Youll Need
Post-secondary degree/diploma in Engineering or Construction Management
Proven experience managing large scale multi-family residential and commercial projects
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and stakeholders
Comprehensive knowledge of the construction process, drawings, specifications, schedules, budgets and project management
Thorough understanding of building code requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam and Procore an asset
Experience working in a project management capacity for a general contractor an asset
Hands-on experience in the construction industry an asset
