Your Role:

Sales Strategy and Leadership
Collaborate with leadership in Winnipeg, Estevan, and Saskatoon to develop and execute strategic plans that surpass sales targets.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and industry dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.

Client Relationship Management
Nurture existing relationships, address needs, and expand product offerings.
Uphold and enhance the reputation of West End Radiators through exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Uphold exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Sales Operations and Reporting
Leverage CRM tools to track activities and generate precise reports.
Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and client feedback to continually refine and optimize sales approaches..
Territory Management and Travel
Extensive travel within Alberta and Saskatchewan for client meetings and events.
Efficiently manage schedules and expenses within the allocated budget.

This position may act as front desk sales in our Estevan and/or Saskatoon locations on an as needed basis.

Requirements:
Proven sales track record, ideally within industrial or commercial sectors.
Willingness to extensively travel in Alberta and Saskatchewan (Up to 50%)
Valid driver's license
