Description

Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers.
Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules.
Keeping records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance.
Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks, and profit-margins.
Addressing customers' requests, comments, and complaints.
May perform key holding and managerial duties if required such as opening and closing the store,managing escalated complains,etc.
