Key Responsibilities:
As the Accounting Analyst you will be responsible for:
Account Receivables Management: Ensure timely collection of outstanding balances, address queries from customers, maintain credit card receivables system, and circulate weekly and monthly reports.
General Accounting: Post receipts, reconcile bank accounts, prepare and submit tax-related filings, process journal entries, and carry out routine accounting transactions and data entry.
Month End: Balance accounts, analyze warranty accounts, prepare general ledger account reconciliations, and record closing entries.
Vehicle Invoicing: Approve and ensure accuracy of vehicle proforma invoices, final proofing of vehicle invoices, tax assessment, and maintenance of invoice templates.
Performance Analytics: Prepare preliminary sales report, weekly cash flow analysis, and periodic reports on key performance areas.
Business Partner Management: Set up business partners, perform credit checks, maintain customer account information, and provide credit information to other vendors.
Qualifications:
As the Accounting Analyst, you will bring:
University graduate in business, accounting, or finance or up to 3 years accounting/business experience
Proficiency in ERP systems, experience with SAP Business One is an asset.
Strong familiarity with productivity tools such as Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and good numeracy skills is essential.
