Legacy Co-op is hiring a Full Time Agro Sales Representative for our Agro Centre in Ebenezer, Saskatchewan.

What you'll do:

The Agro Sales Representative is responsible for growing sales within the seed, crop protection, ag equipment, and fertilizer commodity lines. You will build key customer relationships while meeting budgeted sales volumes, margins, and customer contact targets.

Who you are:

You are a gogetter personality with a receptive attitude. You are passionate about a career in Agro, you enjoy Agro-related
conversations and interacting with farmers, and selling and customer service come naturally to you. You also have:
Must have Grade 12.
Must have a valid Class 5 Drivers license throughout employment, be willing to travel, and be available on call during days, weekends, work evenings, holidays, and long days when required by the customers.
Must have at least 1 year of Agriculture or related industry experience. Preference is given to those possessing an
Agriculture Degree/Diploma or Certificate from a recognized institution in Agriculture or Agriculture business.
Must have confidence with the ability to communicate, consult, and offer reliable solutions respectfully and persuasively with any internal and external customers.
Possess business acumen skills with an ability to build a customer base and improve sales and growth margin.
You are experienced in computer skills with an intermediate understanding of MS Office Suite. Prior POS/ CRM
experience is an asset.
