Prairie Co-op is hiring a Permanent Full Time Ag Sales/Procurement Manager at our Ag Site in Melville, SK.

What youll do:
Responsible to provide an exceptional level of customer service, maintain a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies, procedures and standards, including meeting established productivity standards.
Provides leadership, direction and oversight to Agro Division operations, programs, and policies in Melville, Lipton and Ituna to meet budgeted goals and objectives
Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with the Prairie Coops objectives and industry best practices
Lead sourcing efforts to identify and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality and cost effectiveness criteria.
Administer, and achieve budgeted goals as it relates to the pricing, sales, margins, expenses, and inventory of the commodity.
Oversee the completion and follow through of all safety and environmental policies and procedures and ensure standards are achieved.
Provide leadership to the Melville, Lipton and Ituna Ag Sales Representatives, including the recruitment, goal setting, performance management, training and development of team members.
