Description

Crown Shred and Recycling Inc. is the foremost recycling center in Regina and Saskatchewan. We are an independent Saskatchewan-owned company that collects, processes, and markets recyclable materials from municipal recycling programs, commercial establishments, industrial institutions, and residents.

Our services include Office Recycling, Document Destruction, and Brokerage, encompassing paper, cardboard, plastic, and tin.

We are currently looking for a responsible Warehouse Worker to join our team at our new location.

Job Duties
Perform tasks associated with receiving, sorting, and processing recyclable materials.
Operate machinery and equipment, such as forklifts, balers, and conveyors, to facilitate material movement and storage.
Assist in loading and unloading materials using manual labor and specialized equipment.
Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock records.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and meet production targets.
Adhere to company policies and guidelines regarding health, safety, and environmental practices.
Participate in training programs to stay informed about industry regulations, best practices, and emerging recycling techniques.
Report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or recycling process issues to supervisors.


Job Requirements
Completion of high school.
Experience is considered an asset.
Physically demanding, with the ability to lift heavy materials.
Strong teamwork and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
