Job Description:
Brandt is currently seeking a Warehouse Lead for our Regina location. This position is responsible for inventory control in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:
-Work with all parts department and customer service staff to ensure fill rate goals are achieved.
-Monitor Pick, pack parts as per issued pick list and the required documentation to ship orders with in the set guidelines.  
Perform tasks requested by the manager.  
-Locate inventory in the proper location and enter the related information into ERP system.
-Must be physically fit to manually handle all goods, steel and products as required.
-Must have good positive communication skills and good attendance.
-Inspecting outgoing shipments for damage during the loading process.
-Counting of inventory as required, daily cycle counts random location checks to ensure the inventory is accurate.
-Monitor and report to the Inventory Control Manager on performance issues, situations that require disciplinary action and Attendance.  
-Work with the carriers to ensure prompt settlement of freight claims and report back any short fall on amounts claimed.  
-Report to the Inventory Control Manager on Carrier performance, missed pick up times, inadequate equipment sent for pickups.  
-Maintain an adequate level of shipping supplies.
-Ensure staff operate safely and efficiently and follow all policies and procedures of the Brandt Group of Companies.
-Perform tasks requested by the manager
