Welldone Mechanical Services Inc. is a family-owned company that has been serving Regina and Saskatoon for the last 58 years and we are growing! As a result, we are seeking a dynamic Service Manager to join our team and contribute to the continued success of our Company.

Reporting directly to the Company Vice President of Operations, the Service Manager will be responsible for running the service department. The most active role in the company, the Service Manager works closely with HVAC technicians, customers, and suppliers, in order to build relationships and manage daily service. Preference will be given to candidates with previous HVAC experience.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBIILITIES
      Promote a positive and fun workplace culture.
      Audit required documents prior to start of work.
      Competent understanding of systems for both project and maintenance agreements. Effectively price and recommend maintenance programs.
      Train, direct, and evaluate team members in the proper, accurate, and timely completion of paperwork.
      Understand the timing of work and how it relates to others.
      Direct and monitor team members in development, communication, and redemption of schedules.
      Instruct and direct team members in the proper, accurate, and timely completion of all paperwork.
      Understand the relationship between performance, customer satisfaction, and new business.
      Instruct and direct team members to ensure cost-effective and efficient use of equipment, tools, and materials while ensuring efficient field operations.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Strong leadership skills
Bachelors degree (Engineering, Bus. Admin or others.)
OR
5+ years of experience with Commercial HVAC systems
Coaching and leadership experience
Superior relationship-building skills
2-5+ years of Management experience
Mechanical aptitude
