We specialize in full-time positions, ranging from entry level to senior executive and specialized roles. We also offer flexible temporary staffing to meet client workload and vacation needs.  

Due to company growth and workload, we are recruiting for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team!

As a member of our team, you will:
- Prepare job postings and source candidates from throughout Saskatchewan, Canada, North America and internationally as needed. Assess resumes and conduct prescreens, interviews and reference checks
-Source candidates for opportunities by various activities such as using our candidate database, direct sourcing, networking and referrals.  
- Communicate with people from all walks of life, seniority levels and backgrounds in a warm, professional and respectful manner at all times.
- Provide guidance and support to individuals seeking employment. Identify best fit opportunities to facilitate their career goals and success.

- A related Diploma/Degree is preferred, supported by experience in recruitment, human resources or marketing/sales.
- Self-motivated, with a passion to make a positive difference for individual, community and client business success.   Unbiased, with a sensitivity to diversity and ability to appreciate candidate and client perspectives.  Committed to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Attention to detail, drive for results and team focused attitude; thrives in a fast-paced environment.
