Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Collision Center Manager to oversee our state-of-the-art repair facility at Wheaton Chevrolet. As a leader in the automotive industry, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and quality craftsmanship to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the collision repair facility, including staff, workflow, and operations.
Lead and mentor a team of technicians, administrative staff, and customer service representatives.
Manage and control shop workflow along with a strong background in repairs and supplementing vehicle for insurance partners.
Establish and enforce high standards of repair quality and customer service.
Develop and implement efficient workflow processes to maximize productivity and ensure timely completion of repair jobs.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and compliance with safety standards.
Handle customer inquiries, provide estimates, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the repair process.
Manage inventory levels, order parts and materials, and optimize inventory control procedures.
Monitor and manage the collision center's budget, controlling costs and maximizing profitability.
Stay abreast of industry/insurance trends, regulations, and best practices, and implement changes as needed to maintain competitiveness and compliance.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a management role within the collision repair industry.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
In-depth knowledge of collision repair processes, techniques, and industry standards.
Proficiency in inventory management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as estimating systems (Mitchell Connect) and DMS software Cdk .
Certification or training in collision repair.
