Description

Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise swimming and other pool-related activities
- Teach swimming lessons (if certified)
- Enforce pool rules and guidelines to ensure the safety of everyone
- Monitor the pool and deck for safety hazards
- Put away equipment when necessary
- Regularly assess the safety of the equipment and water
- Administer first-aid and life-saving actions in the event of an emergency
- Cashier duties: operating the cash register, documenting memberships
- General cleaning and upkeep of the facility
Education, Experience and Certification(s)
- 15 + years old
- Lifesaving Society Bronze Cross certification
- Emergency First Aid certification
- Proof of certification and Criminal Record Check
