Description

Coordinate, assign and review the work of motel
Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities with other staff.
Resolve work-related problems and customer complains.
Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
Requisition supplies and materials
Ensure smooth operation of check in/out systems, motel equipment maintenance and housekeeping.
Assist clients/guests with special needs
Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
