Description

This position provides administrative support to the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers office. Duties include:
- establish and maintain information management system for all SASW organizational business
- Human resources support - managing employee benefits program information, calculating and tracking benefits
- Co-ordinating materials and arrangements for meetings
- Co-ordination of annual and other reports
- Managing information on website
- Managing files and communications related to Council and committees
- Update and maintain policy manuals, bylaws, and other corporate documents
- Provide administrative support to staff
- Prepare, format and proofread a variety of sensitive and confidential documents
- Property management
Must have extensive experience in office and file management, Office 365, strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail is required.  
Must have office education diploma and knowledge of office administrative procedures and protocols
Strong skills in using current technology and computer programs is required.
Bookkeeping experience an asset but not required
This position is 30 hours per week.
