As the Overhead Crane Services Technician, your commitment to customer service fosters positive and proactive actionable support to ensure compliance with codes and regulations. Safety compliance is paramount in your role, as you meticulously adhere to protocols, conduct inspections, and implement solutions to enhance crane operations and the work environment for their clients.

As the Overhead Crane Service Technician you will work safely and collaboratively and are responsible for:

- Perform electrical and mechanical inspections on most makes of cranes/hoists to ensure optimal performance and longevity according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot electrical components and systems including motors, controls, and wiring.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while working on overhead crane systems.
- Maintain excellent business relationships with clients and address inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including repairs, inspections, and maintenance tasks.

As the Overhead Crane Service Technician, you will bring:

- A good head for heights!
- Ideally you will have more than 3 years experience in a similar role.
- A solid knowledge of industry safety standards and protocols.
- Minimum 6000 hours overhead crane experience, 8000 preferred.
- Applicable Red Seal qualification (i.e., Millwright, Electrician).
