Description

We are hiring an outgoing, assertive, friendly individual to join our team as the Front Office Junior Supervisor. This position will require weekend and evening shifts as well as open availability and a valid class 5 drivers license with a clean drivers abstract (to be provided upon hire). This position would report directly to the Front Office Supervisor.

Shifts would include:
7am  3pm
3pm  11pm
On an emergency basis 11pm  7am

Responsibilities would include but are not limited to:
Analyzing business requirements and customer needs.
Giving Guests an A+ Guest Experience.
Driving the Airport Shuttle Van as needed.
Keeping the Front Office clean and organized.
Assisting the Front Office Manager and Director of Sales as required.
Taking charge of the hotels operations as Manager on Duty as required.
Participate in strategic planning and goal setting for various business functions.
Supervise and train employees.
Provide administrative support.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Providing Night Audit shift coverage in the event of an emergency with very short notice.

Job Requirements
Grade 12 or equivalent.
Excellent proficiency in both verbal and written English.
Previous Hotel Front Desk Agent Experience.
Leadership Skills.
Customer Service Experience.
Valid Class 5 Drivers License with a clean abstract.
Open availability.
