Power Generator Technician (Mechanic or Mechanic with Electrical)

As Power Generator Specialist based in Regina Sask, you will:

- Provide startup and commissioning of natural gas, propane or diesel power generators (avg 8  150+ kW) and related equipment/systems for portable, residential, farm, cottage and commercial use.  

- Maintain, troubleshoot and repair all systems and components on generators, automatic transfer switches (ATS), generator controls and engine related mechanical needs.

- Perform emergency field service repairs, troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on new and used equipment at customer sites.  

As the selected candidate, you will bring:

- Mechanical/Mechanic or Electrician with mechanical experience.  Journeyman, Apprentice or a combination of training and experience will be considered.  Must have relevant experience working with power generators or automotive/agricultural engine mechanical repairs.  
- Valid drivers license is required, along with the ability to travel in a company service vehicle throughout Saskatchewan.  Must be willing and available to travel and/or work overtime, weeks or holidays, sometimes on short notice.  (On average, work schedule is 5 days/week, including day trips and overnight stays; home on weekends unless an emergency call comes in.)
