Reporting to the President and CEO, you will provide strategic leadership to their segment by creating and communicating a compelling future vision for the business lines within the segment, in alignment with the corporate goals and vision, supported by an enabling culture and executed through actions that exemplify and are consistent with ISC's core values.  You will be accountable for the efficient, effective and profitable operation of registries, directories and other lines and supporting processes on behalf of our clients.  

This role will be best served by a candidate that is inquisitive, driven, industrious with the ability to create vision. You can see the delta between where ISC is today and where it is going.  You can balance bold visionary tendency with ambitious yet achievable operational plans to realize that future state. You don't just see the big picture but know how to navigate within it.  You see obstacles and passageways that others miss. You view strategy as inseparable from operations and can oscillate between macro and micro thinking within ISC's ecosystem.
