We are hiring Restaurant Supervisor for our Chachalacas Bar & Restaurant.
Require at least 6 month in FnB experience.
Job duties:
- Managing and directly supervising the work of food service employees, such as chefs, kitchen assistants, waiters, and other support personnel.
- Following and enforcing food safety standards and sanitation to keep a clean and sanitary working environment.
- Making ensuring food products are up to consumer demands and set standards by monitoring their quality and appearance.
- Ordering, receiving, and keeping track of food, drink, and supply inventories.
- Maintaining stock levels and minimizing waste through proper inventory control practices.
- Ensuring client pleasure and loyalty by promptly and politely handling their questions, grievances, and concerns.
- Providing employees with continual training and development opportunities to improve their job performance, knowledge, and abilities.
- Providing support in charge of financial reporting, cost management, and budgetary initiatives, including oversight of expenditures, revenue collection, and identification of potential profit enhancements.
Qualification
- At least 6 months in FnB experience
- Written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
