1. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of barista who prepare, portion and serve food;
2. Estimate and order ingredients and supplies;
3. Establish work schedules and procedures;
4. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage;
5. Train new barista in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures and assess their performance;
6. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards;
7. May participate in the selection of barista and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets;
8. May perform the same duties as the barista, etc.
