The Position
Reporting to the General Manager and Deposit Manager the MSR will:
-    Under general supervision, provide members with a variety of services related to the promotion and sales of cash and non-cash related deposit products and services with courtesy and accuracy.
-    Refer members and potential members to appropriate departments as required.
-    Ensure all activities are in compliance with all sound business practices, legislation, regulations, by-laws, policies and procedures.
-    Balance cash and daily transactions
-    Process member transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan and utility payments, calculation of foreign and domestic exchange and cheque cashing.
-    Perform routine non-cash transactions such as account openings and closures.
-    May perform a variety of routine administrative and branch support activities.
-    Promote Bengough Credit Union and maintain active involvement in the community.
