Description

We are seeking an experienced, communicative, innovative, and motivated person to provide sales supervision to our sales team. The role of the Sales Supervisor is to supervise and co-ordinate the daily activities of sales reps/clerks, promote company products to other businesses, recommends changes to current sales techniques or procedures, and play a key role in providing excellent customer service and growing company revenue.

Duties of the Sales Supervisor include:

Supervising the sales activities of the store
Actively approach potential customers /business clients, search for new client leads
Properly demonstrate the features and benefits of the store products to the clients
Attend and represent our store at local and national exhibitions, meetings and trade shows
Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and sales strategies
Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives
Resolve problems that arises, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
On-board customers and keep the communication alive
Performs other sales duties as required

Having international sales experiences (especially with US) is an asset
-Post-Secondary diploma, majored in business or economics, or related field is preferred
-Bachelor's degree or higher is an asset
-A minimum of 2 years of related sales working experience in a managerial sales role is preferred
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
-Being proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is preferred
-Capable of communicating to our suppliers in China with Mandarin is an asset
