Description

PWM Hydraulics is a hydraulic cylinder manufacturer. We are currently looking for a permanent full-time based individual in our Yorkton Plant.

We pride ourselves in producing high quality custom cylinders to meet our customers needs, from our in-house engineering design to the finished product being delivered on our customers specified schedule. Our focus is providing this service to agricultural, mining, industrial, oil and gas, as well as the transportation sector to help them achieve more productivity and profit.

We are looking to hire a motivated and hard-working permanent full-time welder helper in our Yorkton plant. We have an innovative and outstanding team of industry professionals who drive our ongoing success. The ideal candidate should have the ability to understand the whole process from design to manufacturing and be able to work independently and with a team. The operator will also perform basic maintenance work to all the machines and other related duties.

Job Duties/Requirements:
-Ability to read drawings & work orders.
-Ability to use power tools (ex.die/angle grinder, drill press, hand tools, etc.).
-Assist welders with metal cleaning, sort & transport raw material, clean work area & equipment
-Experience with robotic assisted manufacturing.
-Efficient multi-tasking and time management in fast-paced production environment.
-Good communication skills.
-Conscious of and adherence to safe work practices.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-Previous work experience with ISO quality control environment and support the Quality Control objectives of the company.

Requirements:
-Preference to those who can demonstrate an understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, welding, assembly;
-Must live in Canada and have permission to work in Canada.
