Description

The Bagger operator will be responsible for operating our industry specific bale machine. This is a 40-hour a week position; weekend work may be required. This position is Seasonal typically operating May-November.

Duties and Responsibilities
Work closely with Production Supervision and management to determine priorities and courses of action to improve product quality and employee safety
Ensure all company procedures are being followed
Perform daily inspections of our EM2000 baler
At all times work in a manner that maintains the safety of themselves and others
Report any issues on equipment to maintenance department
Work extra hours as required to keep production running
Additional duties as required
Perform other duties as assigned.

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with teammates, customers and suppliers
Strong work ethic
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Must have own means of transportation to and from work.

Physical Demands:  
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen.
Required to stand, walk, and use hands to fingers, handle, feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb or crawl.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Capable of wearing a respirator and other applicable safety equipment, as required
