Description

The Senior Manager, Collections provides leadership and direction for all aspects in the life cycle of Saskatoon Public Librarys (SPL) physical and digital collections. This includes physical materials, digital materials, and their associated budgets. This includes developing, assessing, recommending, and operationalizing SPLs collections management strategies in response to social, community, and industry trends.

The Senior Manager, Collections is also responsible for planning, developing, organizing and directing operations and resources within the Collections Services work unit, including managing employee development and performance.
