Ensure that all food products produced are of the utmost quality and appeal
Ensure proper stocks are maintained for your station and shortages reported for the ordering process
Minimize waste/adjustments by following menu specifications
Communicate effectively with Restaurant Service Team to ensure smooth operations
Maintains all occupational standards ie: Food Safe, WHMIS, Health and Safety Policies, cleanliness
Audit line storage and equipment to ensure functionality and report any maintenance concerns
Works collaboratively with team members to ensure efficiencies and quality
Learn and understand all cooking methods and recipes for all menu items
